Dru Yoga & Yoga therapy

druyogaDru Yoga & yoga therapy are offered in a private home studio situated in a peaceful village location with rooftop views of the church. Dru Yoga is a gentle, flowing style of yoga designed to release stress and increase positive energy through movements of the body, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation. A recent study showed that Dru Yoga significantly improved confidence, energy levels, and increased resilience to stress( Hartfiel N et al. 2010).

Yoga therapy for back care is a system tailormade for the individual client to address specific health & wellbeing issues. Home programmes are created to help the client put in place and then maintain a daily practice. Sufferers of chronic low back pain particularly have found this system to be beneficial.     www.druva.co.uk

This class varies from week to week and can be anything from step aerobics to dumbbell training to skipping – or even a mix of all 3!
It’s energetic and aimed at full body conditioning
