Warmington Village Hall

The following charges and Conditions of Hire will take effect from 6th September 2004

1) Hire Charges For The Hall (the minimum period of hire is 2 hours)
The Charges are due when the booking is made. A provisional booking will be deemed to have lapsed if not confirmed within 14 days
.

 

  Residents of the Parish Monday to Friday
Sat & Sun
£5.00 per hour
£7.00 per hour or £85 per day (9 am to midnight)
+ £10 extra for Bar, Bottle party, etc.

Non-Residents Any day £10.00 per hour
+ £10 extra for Bar, Bottle party, etc.

  Meeting Room Residents any day
Non-residents any day
£2.00 per hour
£6.00 per hour

  The charge for use of both the Hall and Meeting Room will be negotiated

2) Universal Regulations A 'No Smoking' policy applies to all users of the Hall.
Maximum capacity 120 people.

3) Conditions of Hire
  3.1 The hire begins when the hall is occupied or when hirer's goods are delivered.
  3.2 Bookings will only be accepted from persons over 18 years of age, and must be supervised at all times throughout by responsible adults.
  3.3 The Hall must be left in a clean and tidy condition, with chairs stacked and tables returned to the walls.
  3.4 Charges include the reasonable use of kitchen and equipment, heating, lighting, etc.
  3.5 If the Committee cannot accept a booking, the applicant will be informed A.S.A.P.
  3.6 The hall will only be opened and locked by the caretaker, except by special request.
  3.7 Any damage must be reported to the caretaker, and will be charged for.
  3.8 The Committee cannot accept responsibility for any losses, damage or accidents occurring during the occupancy of the premises. The Hirers are responsible for taking out adequate insurance against possible claims and for complying with the law.
  3.9 Fire exits must not be locked or obstructed and locations of fire extinguishers must be noted and controlled by the Hirers, etc.
  3.10 Payments should be made payable to WARMINGTON VILLAGE HALL
  3.11 All functions to end by midnight, and any bar to close at least 30 minutes before the end of the period.
  3.12 Section 5 must be completed by the Hirer.
