INTERIM PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Minutes of the meeting

held on Wednesday 11th February 2004

At 6 pm

in the Village Hall, Warmington

1. ATTENDANCE

2. APOLOGIES : Apologies were received and accepted from Mrs L Huett

3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: None

4. PLANNING APPLICATIONS

a) Bunnyrun, Warmington Grange, Fotheringhay Road – EN/01/00050/FUL – Conversion of detached double garage into a granny annex. There were no objections to this application.

b) 26 Church Street – EN/04/00110/FUL – Replacement of porch and front extension. There were no objections to this application.

c) Mr Constant asked if he could raise the issue of the verge of a property between Hautboy Lane and Chapel Street. An area of paving blocks has been laid for a car to stand on. As this item was not on the agenda it will be on the agenda for discussion at the next meeting. In the meantime it will be raised at the meeting with the Area Highways Engineer next week.

The meeting closed at 6.25pm.
